Lida and Jeff were such a sweet couple to work with! Lida was so kind-hearted and you could tell just by looking at him, that Jeff absolutely loved her! Knowing that they didn’t want to have to worry about a thing on their big day, they brought us in to provide day-of coordination services. Their wedding was absolutely beautiful! Lee James Floral did an amazing job on all of their floral. I was just in awe of Lida’s bouquet. It was simply stunning! Lavender and white were the two main colors. Hints of purple were seen throughout the floral at the ceremony, linen at the reception and even in the bridesmaid and groomsmen’s attire! Their ceremony was held outside in the beautiful Plaza de la Fontana at Mission Inn and the weather couldn’t’ have been more perfect! It was such a gorgeous day!

After the ceremony, guests mingled at cocktail hour while the newlyweds captured their formal photos around property. Once those were done, we did a reception reveal with Lida and Jeff and I just loved their reaction! Incase you have never heard of a room reveal before, it’s simple. Basically just the two of you, get a chance to see the wedding reception in all of it’s glory before guests are escorted inside! Time permitting, I always highly recommend it to my couples. The reception is one of the things you work the hardest on during the planning process and to just take a few minutes to see all of your hard work pay off with the finished product is so rewarding. After a delicious buffet dinner, the newlyweds cut the cake and danced the night away! This particular wedding had lots of kiddos in attendance and it was so much fun watching them dance, especially when the DJ turned the “cloud” back on.
