Southern Wedding Inspiration at the Arundel Estate

This Summer we had the honor of working with the gorgeous Arundel Estate in Sorrento, Florida for a marketing shoot. The goal was to showcase all that Arundel had to offer, specifically what was included in their wedding packages.

We wanted to keep the design sweet, simple and southern in order to represent the Arundel Estate perfectly. Bumby captured bridal suite and groom’s room before heading outside. Arundel has one of the most beautiful bridal suites around and it makes for the perfect location to get ready! Dainty vintage furniture and lots of natural light. What more can you ask for? For the guys, the estate provides a super cool room that includes a pool table, giant TV and leather couches. I mean, it is the perfect “man cave” if I do say so myself! Both spaces overlook the gorgeous pool and grounds via this balcony that is to die for.

That balcony is also the perfect spot for a first look or wedding party formals! By the way, did I also mention the pool is amazing? We were bummed because the plan was to also get pictures by the pool, but Florida’s Summer weather didn’t cooperate.

The gorgeous oak tree in the back yard was the perfect spot for the ceremony. You guys – this is one of the most perfect trees you will ever lay your eyes on! The best thing about this ceremony space is that it is so versatile. You can keep it simple with just the white padded folding chairs that are included with every wedding package Arundel offers. If you want to spice things up a bit, try lining the aisle with rose petals, lanterns or floral sprays on the aisle chairs. You can even add a set of doors to create a chapel vibe at the entrance to the aisle or an arch at the alter area. Regardless of what you do, I can guarantee that your ceremony pictures will be stunning!

We set up the reception space out on the gazebo flat. Light blue linens, topped with gold flatware, dainty white napkins and pretty magnolia centerpieces made for the perfect design to enhance the natural beauty of the estate. An ivory leaf overlay and garland made the sweetheart table stand out and the gazebo made for the perfect backdrop! The gazebo flat is an absolutely gorgeous space complete with market lighting! Every wedding package includes: white padded folding chairs, round tables, market lighting and luxury portable restrooms. It is really a big bang for your buck!
