Fun fact! I want to school with Rachel. I’m talking kindergarten through senior year, so when she called me to ask if I would be her day-of coordinator, of course I said yes! Rachel and Harry had been together for a long time and together had the cutest little dude named Austin. They decided to get married in Rachel’s childhood church, First United Methodist Church of Sebring and it was the perfect place. Since it was December, the church was decorated with lights, wreaths and trees which made the beautiful stained glass windows shine. Harry’s sister handled all of the decorating and added a little pop of purple down the aisle with pew arrangements. Sebring Florist crated two stunning alter arrangements that framed them perfectly for their vows. The ceremony was beautiful and Caroline Maxcy Photography did a wonderful job capturing it!
Their reception was held at Chateau Elan. It is a beautiful hotel located right next to the Sebring International Raceway. Side note: if you are in to racing then I’m sure you have heard about the 12 Hours of Sebring – America’s oldest sports car endurance race. Moving on to the reception…Harry’s sister was also in charge of all of the decorating and my goodness she did a stellar job! We were super thankful that the wonderful team of Chateau Elan let her get in a couple days early because she hand tied each and every sash for the chairs and even pinned them in each corner so they were perfect all night long. In addition to the sashes, she hand-made each centerpiece, folded every napkin and decorated each of the four white Christmas trees that were placed at each corner of the dance floor. The ballroom looked beautiful and she did a fantastic job!
After guests enjoyed cocktail hour in the foyer, they were escorted inside where the party begin. Everyone enjoyed a delicious buffet dinner, set in holiday theme with all of the fixins’, a delicious cake made by Publix and dancing! One of the fun things they did was give each table a disposable camera to take pictures on throughout the night. Lets just say all of the kiddos had a blast with those cameras and I’m very curious as to how the pictures turned out! I’m sure they’re fabulous. 🙂
At the end of the night there was a bubble grand exit and they lived happily ever after!

Katie’s favorite wedding details / moments: Rachel’s bouquet and dress! She was a stunning bride! I loved watching the kids dance all night long and play with the disposable cameras.
