Music Inspired Wedding in the Hills

I had so much fun working with Shelley and Bud for their music inspired wedding! Shelley was so sweet and Bud was a hoot!

Wedding Details:

Bud is a musician so it only made sense to theme the wedding accordingly. Little musical details were scattered throughout their wedding decor and included things like a mini amp for their card box, a guitar for guests to sign and fun musical pieces around the fireplace. I loved it! The day was beautiful and filled with so much laughter. They chose navy, soft pink and gray as their colors and it fit perfectly with Mission Inn. They kept the decor simple and lined the aisle with floral arrangements tied with music note ribbon, hung from shepherd hooks. It was perfect! The guys were in gray suits and the girls were in mismatched bridesmaid dresses which all coordinated perfectly together! Such a perfect and unique look!

After a lovely ceremony officiated by their family friend, the newlyweds snuck away to take pictures while guests enjoyed cocktail hour. Guess who played at their cocktail hour? Evan Taylor Jones! When Shelley told me his name, I knew it sounded so familiar. I want home and look on my phone and sure enough, I had several songs of his on it! How cool! Him and his band rocked it! Their reception was so much fun! Jack with White Rose Entertainment kept the party going and guests got to enjoy hand-rolled cigars out on the terrace. Everyone had such a wonderful time for sure! The night ended with a sparkler exit which is always fun and romantic.

We are so happy to have been a part of their big day and we are so happy for the new, Mr. and Mrs. Phillips!
