I had such a fun time working with Ashley and Steven! They were so sweet and I fell in love with their ideas for their wedding immediately! I was so excited to see their garden-inspired winery wedding to come together!
Everyone got ready at the Marriott Orlando Downtown. It was such a wonderful location and was just a quick limo ride away from the ceremony. After everyone was ready, Ashely did a first look with her dad on the staircase in her suite. I just love first looks with dad! Afterwards, her and Steven had a first look of their own, also happening on a cool staircase. Afterwards everyone hopped into the limo and headed over to Loch Haven Park for photos before the ceremony! I’m all about knocking out as many photos as you can before the ceremony. Even if you don’t do a first look, it is still a wonderful time to get as many photos done with the wedding party.
The Major Tree over in Loch Haven Park was the perfect backdrop for their ceremony. My goodness that tree is spectacular! Since they had a smaller wedding, it was the perfect setting and we were able to fit everyone underneath the sprawling branches. It was like a fairytale and oh-so romantic! They built a beautiful arch which was decorated with blush fabric and a beautiful cluster of flowers. So sweet and simple, yet absolutely stunning!
After the ceremony, guests headed around the block to Quantum Leap Winery. They enjoyed some fancy cheeses, wine and other yummy hors d’oeuvres. The bride and groom knocked out a few more photos during this time before heading over to the winery to continue their wedding celebration. One of my favorite things is when the bride and groom get to see the reception space before guests enter. Chairs, chargers, floral arrangements and even special colored napkins all really make the reception space transform! It’s the best feeling in the world seeing their reaction to all of their planning and details that came together. It brought so much joy to me when they said “thank you for helping our wedding vision come to life!”
After seeing their reception and enjoying some wine and alone time, we tucked the newlyweds away and ushered guests inside. After introductions, the bride and groom shared their first dance and then the buffet opened! Towards the tail end of dinner, we had toasts and then cake cutting and the father/daughter dance and then the party started! There was dancing and drinks and lots of fun before ending the night with a sparkler (and smoke bomb) exit! It was such an amazing day and it was an honor to be a part of it all!
Congrats Mr. and Mrs. Jones!!
