Bears and BBQ Wedding Near Glacier National Park

I met Jamie and James at the My Montana Wedding Showcase last January. They were one of the first couples to come up to our booth and we clicked immediately! I absolutely loved their personalities and knew we had to work together! I’m so glad it worked out, because their big day was a blast! It was a beautiufl day for a ceremony in Glacier National Park at the Fish Creek Amphitheater. The amphitheater was so cute and quiet. Jamie and James walked into the wedding with each other and danced down the aisle to the alter! After the ceremony, guests hoped on the school bus and headed to The Great Bear Inn for the reception.

The front lawn was the perfect spot for the reception as it overlooked the mountains. We set up tents, a dance floor and some lights. Brought in a keg of beer and some BBQ and enjoyed the day! The centerpieces were various bear figurines which were perfect considering the venue. The kiddos played lawn games, guests danced in-between the short rain showers and Cold Stone Creamery served up some ice cream! If you’ve never had Huckleberry ice cream…go find some now. It’s the bomb! I mentioned short rain showers – yes – they happened and Jamie and James didn’t care for one second! Heck, they even got out there and took photos in it! Jamie and James you were so much fun to work with! Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Vines!

Literally the best money I spent on the entire wedding (no exaggeration – if I had to do it again and had to choose between even my dress and Katie, I’d get married in rags just to be able to keep Katie). Katie is meant for this business. She is so sweet and kind and funny and complementary and organized, prepared and has such amazing customer service skills. I loved her so much I just wanted her to join in the wedding festivities like all my friends. I can never, ever say enough positive about her. HIRE HER! She is worth the weight of a million elephants, in gold!”
